ARMCO Infrared is a provider of comprehensive, independent, reliable and flexible building envelope and building system non-destructive survey and reporting services ------ To the extent we have a bias, it is toward providing our clients with a report that is completely neutral, contains no bias and speaks the facts as we observe them.

Our Intention within this business is to increase client confidence in property investment decisions; assist in the reduction of facility or home operating costs and be a force for safety, environmental health and building longevity.

We think that beyond the dimension of human eyesight, an uncommon inspection business is based on uncommon experience, method, standards, clear thought process, client sensitivity and exceptional articulation in oral and written reports. At the front end of this mix we add the dimension of Infrared "vision" to make it truly about:

"More Than the Eyes Can See"

  • Project: EIFS Inspection on Single Family Residence in Wilmington NC
Comments: Thank you for the EIFS inspection done on Jan 7th, your willingness to travel and the opportunity to talk with you. The uncertainty of the condition of the stucco has been a source of worry for quite some time. Your equipment and knowledge have provided the information needed to go forward. We took 4 core samples from different areas and found moisture as indicated on your inspection report. Based on your findings and the samples we believe that total stucco removal will not be necessary. We will certainly call upon you to do a follow-up inspection in the future. – Susie B.
