An ARMCO Home Inspection is a Daylight Visual and Non-Destructive ground-up examination of the structure and systems of a home with both oral on-site and on-line written reports. Our inspection process typically takes between 2 and 7 hours from start to finish depending on the size, age, condition and complexity of the home with reports available within 48 hours.

You’re invited to follow the inspector during the inspection. Safety, Consistency, Objectivity, Thoroughness, and Client connection are very high priorities during an ARMCO Home Inspection.

• Foundations, house Framing Structure including Attic and Crawlspace
• Roof, Chimney, Flashings, Gutters and Downspouts
• Soffits, Fascias, Siding, Trim, Windows, Exterior Doors and Storm Windows
• Landscaping (grade) and Retaining Walls as they may affect the house structure
• Driveways, Patios, Decks & Porches, Swimming pools as negotiated
• HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Systems along with Ventilation and Insulation
• Walls, Floors, Ceilings Doors and Windows and permanent Kitchen Appliances
