We are delighted that you are interested in our company. I am long time resident of Greensboro, founder of Armco and a Scot from both directions – the tartan in the Armco banner is my mother’s McLaurin. Giving more than the money’s worth is part of the heritage!
I am blessed with two daughters: Laurie with granddaughter Katelyn in Fairfax Virginia and Christie, currently living the good life in Puerto Rico (someone has to do it).
My career has included manufacturing management, sales, engineering for hire and residential renovations -- now all coming home in this business. One of the continuing delights of my mostly freelance career has been the variety of fascinating and amazing folks that I encounter and many times work for – like you! BTW - on the weekends, if not on a hotel roof or under someone’s house, you may find me flying a hang-glider, sailing or on the dance floor – you’re invited to check that out as well
